GeneFoxCub
Web-based interpretation software for molecular newborn screening

Import your qPCR runs, review suggested results, and release validated reports - with full traceability from analyser to LIS.

GeneFoxCub is a CE-IVD web-based software that supports the interpretation of molecular newborn screening results generated with LaCAR kits. It captures the run file from your analyser, displays the amplification data in both graphical and tabular form, and proposes a suggested result for each sample based on kit-specific criteria. The clinician reviews the curves and validates each result before release. Every action is recorded, and results can be exported in multiple formats or transferred automatically to your laboratory information system.

No installation required - GeneFoxCub runs in your browser.
